Spiritual Senses equal Emotions

Gnosis. Considered a bad cult in 1st Century church circles.
An idea that there is special knowledge that can be atained. Secret knowledge, not accessable to others, without special senses being employed.

I was thinking about critical thinking. And how Christian evangelism bypasses critical thinking and relies on spiritual revelation. The God's spirit speaks to our spirit, that is how we gnow him. The spirit comes alive. Awake. Aware. The fallen human mind cannot percieve the things of god. They are spiritually decerned.

I want to propose something here: Evangelism and Christian "spiritual" experience, even on the "critical thinking" level is the awakening of emotions. There is only mind and emotion, and religion tries to make positive emotions a separate catagory: spirit.

Thereby, autosuggesting and anchoring that all good feelings are God. And all bad feelings are not-god. The natural response then is to move away from pain and toward pleasure, ie God.
