Question:Success or Right?

Question for self and others:
What is more important? Success in life or being right?

If it is impossible for an individual to experience success or personal positive change within the xn belief system, both due to the uncertian cooperation or direct antagonistic will of God, and the outcome of dependence belief, narrow acceptability, my way or no way, or the negative self image of sinnerism (I am a wretch and worthy only of hell save God condescending to cut me a break of which there is nothing I can do to deserve. In fact, I can only derserve bad things. I cannot deserve good things.) then should he stay in the faith or leave the faith and adopt a belief system that works and allows him success?
